Important Notice Regarding USPS Shipping During COVID-19

Due to the impact of COVID-19 on our region, we have been experiencing unexpected delays with our shipping courier, USPS.

Should you experience any issues with tracking number updates, inaccurate delivery timeframes or delivery confirmations, please contact your local post office for up-to-date shipment status.

 

International Customers

Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks shipping time for International Orders.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Rates are calculated through USPS calculator. International orders are shipped USPS Flat Rate. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs authorities require that we state the retail cost of your order directly on your package.

 

Lost or Stolen Package

Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or misplaced when shipping to address -- if the package status says “Delivered” and for whatever reason you were not able to receive it, the package will not be refunded or reshipped as it was fulfilled to completion on our end.
